The Trailhead

Somewhere between where I was and where I am going. 

Every trail has a beginning. Often it's a gate we're hesitant to pass or a climb that looks too steep for our current set up. Starting your walk in faith isn't about having the whole map unfolded; it's about having enough light for the next ten feet.

"WHAT MAN AMONG YOU,  IF HE HAS A HUDRED SHEEP AND LOSES ONE OF THEM, DOES NOT LEAVE THE NINETY-NINE IN THE OPEN PASTURE AND GO AFTER THE ONE WHICH IS LOST UNTIL HE FINDS IT?"-Luke 15:4

We go into the wild because we know what it's like to be the one who wandered. For The One Collective is for the seeker, the explorer, and the one currently navigating the rugged terrain of their own story.

The Work

Being made new in the middle of the mess.

Restoration isn't a single moment; it's a process. It's the slow work of removing what is broken and reinforcing what matters. Whether it's a rig back in the shop or a soul back on the trail, we believe that the struggle is where the strength is built. We don't fear the breakdown, because we know the One who specializes in the rebuild.

Restoration isn't finished until gratitude is expressed. At For The One Collective, our gear and our Field Reports are our way of turning back. We don't run these trails just to escape the noise; we run them to remember the One who blazed the path for us to follow.
